Morais Leitão sponsors the XIII European Regional Congress of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law

From 5th to 7th May 2021, the Associação Portuguesa de de Direito Trabalho will promote the XIII European Regional Congress of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law. Morais Leitão supports this initiative which this year is dedicated to the theme "Work in the Digital Era: which Law?

This action seeks to address the pressing issues of this digital era in the labour market. The ways and work methods that were adopted or imposed by digitalization will be questioned, in an attempt to find the answers to the questions regarding any sector the market: Which consequences and challenges arise from this new paradigm to the employee’s health and safety? Do employees have a right to “disconnect”?

The Associação Portuguesa de Direito do Trabalho aims to reflect, in this virtual conference, on the paradigm shifts in the labour market.
