Morais Leitão sponsors the XXXIV Annual Congress of the Union of European Lawyers (UAE)

On 25th of June, the European Lawyers’ Union (UAE) promotes its 34th Annual Congress, which this year counts with the support of Morais Leitão.

The initiative focuses on recent developments and current challenges concerning cooperation between national courts in the European Union. It will be discussed, in particular the Judicial cooperation in civil, commercial and criminal matters.

Pedro Gouveia e Melo, in his capacity as President of the EAU (European Lawyers' Union), will open the Congress in which Carlos Botelho Moniz and David Silva Ramalho also participate.

David Silva Ramalho will join the second session dedicated to the topic "Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters". Carlos Botelho Moniz will be the moderator of the third and last panel on "Judicial Cooperation and the Rule of Law".
