Morais Leitão stands out as the only Portuguese firm in the running for all the national prizes at the ITR EMEA Awards

The International Tax Review (ITR) recently announced the nominees for the ITR EMEA Tax Awards 2023.

Morais Leitão is the only Portuguese firm nominated in all national categories - Tax Firm of the Year, Transfer Princing of the Year, Tax Disputes Firm of the Year and Indirect Tax Firm of the Year. It is also in the running for a regional category: Tax Policy Firm of the Year.

The 18th edition of the ITR awards maintains the objective of previous editions: to recognise the outstanding work of the best tax practitioners from the best law firms in 34 different jurisdictions.

These awards also seek to celebrate achievements in tax technology, innovation, tax policy, compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The winners will be announced on 27 September in London.
