Morais Leitão stands out with the highest number of Portuguese lawyers recognised by WIBL

Morais Leitão once again stands out in the "Women in Business Law Awards EMEA", attributed by the Legal Media Group.

In this 2024 edition, individual lawyers have been recognised for their leadership roles: Joana Maria Andion, as "Copyright Lawyer of the Year", Maria Soares do Lago, as "Structured Finance Lawyer of the Year", and Rita Nunes dos Santos, as "Securities Litigator of the Year".

The awards ceremony, which gave Morais Leitão the highest number of Portuguese lawyers recognised, took place yesterday at a ceremony in London.

The Women in Business Law Awards EMEA recognise the firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa that most promote diversity, equality and inclusion in the practice of law, both through advice and projects led by female lawyers and through internal processes and policies.
