On 17 November, the third "ICC Iberian Arbitration Day" will take place, with the support of Morais Leitão.
This is the annual event of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) which this year it is organised by ICC Portugal, in partnership with ICC Spain and the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
Representing Morais Leitão will be Filipe Vaz Pinto, a partner in the firm's litigation and arbitration department. He will speak at the event's opening session.
The ICC Iberian Arbitration Day will feature four panels dedicated to the following topics:
- The ICC Court turns 100: continuity, evolution and the future ahead
- Force majeure and change of circumstances in practice: pandemic, war and other disruption
- News from the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and its Task Forces
- Arbitral Awards and Dissenting Opinions: the good, the bad and the ugly
