Morais Leitão supports Portuguese Real Estate Investment Vehicles & Financing conference

Iberian Property organised this year's Portuguese Real Estate Investment Vehicles & Financing conference, which took place on 23 April at the Pestana Palace Hotel in Lisbon.

Morais Leitão was one of the sponsors of this initiative, which was opened by partner João Torroaes Valente. Partner Filipe Lowndes Marques moderated the panel discussion on "How to finance real estate development and investment?".

Lawyers Marisa Larguinho and Ana Carrilho Ribeiro were also present to present "Comparative analysis of Portuguese Investment Vehicles - The best route for each kind of real estate player's & the future of listing alternative".

The Portuguese Real Estate Investment Vehicles & Financing conference addresses various topics related to property investment in Portugal, with a focus on investment vehicles, property financing and the economic outlook for the market.
