Morais Leitão and Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon promote the training "Psychological First Aid - Psychological Crisis in a University Context: support and referral".
Representing the firm will be Joana Almeida (People Director), Ana Isabel Correia (People Director Department) and João Matos Viana (Partner). The partner is also taking part in this initiative as a member of the Working Group for the Promotion of Health and Well-being from Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa.
The lawyer states: "This training aims to provide participants with some practical and elementary tools for psychological support in crisis situations. The objectives are among other things, knowing how to identify signs and symptoms of intense stress reactions and other psychological crisis situations, understanding the appropriate form of communication in a psychological crisis situation and understanding the relevance of managing emotions in the development of personal care actions in a psychological crisis situation."
The initiative will take place on December 7, between 9am and 5pm, at Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa.
