In partnership with IPCG - Instituto Português de Corporate Governance, Abreu Advogados, Linklaters, PLMJ, SRS Legal, Uría Menéndez and VdA Vieira de Almeida, Morais Leitão is organising the conference ‘Sustainability: Governance and Transparency’. The event will take place on 12 November 2024 at the Centro Cultural de Belém Foundation Congress Centre in Lisbon.
Magda Viçoso, a partner at Morais Leitão, will be speaking on the panel ‘Sustainability Governance: stakeholder relevance’.
Throughout the event, topics such as the ‘Role and responsibility of the Board of Directors and its members’ and ‘Transparency in reporting: risks and opportunities’ will also be explored.
