Morais Leitão will be present at the XII Porto Urban Rehabilitation Week, taking place at Caves Ferreira in Vila Nova de Gaia on 5, 6 and 7 November.
On 6 November, the firm is co-organising two sessions:
- A main session with APPII, OERN and REIFY, focussing on the theme ‘Taking stock of the application of Simplex - What has worked and what needs to be revised’, where partner João Pereira Reis will be a speaker on the panel ‘Legal framework: strengths and weaknesses of Simplex Urbanístico’.
- A parallel session, co-organised with Imojuris, in which partner Rui Ribeiro Lima will address ‘The recent changes to the LA regime and the renewed role of municipalities’. The session will include a brief legal framework and a round table discussion.
