In a ceremony hosted yesterday at the Hilton London Bankside, Morais Leitão won ITR’s “Portugal Tax Firm of the Year” for the third consecutive year.
The ITR (International Tax Review) EMEA Tax Awards are arguably the most reputable and coveted tax awards in the EMEA region. On 15 September, Morais Leitão received for the third time in a row the award for “Portugal Tax Firm of the Year” at the EMEA Tax Awards 2022. The award recognizes the firm’s position in the Portuguese tax market, namely the importance of its clients, the value and size of the transactions and litigation in which it acted as tax advisor as well as the complexity and innovation of the advice provided.
António Queiroz Martins, principal associate at the firm, also won the prestigious Tax Rising Star across the EMEA region.
