In the conversation, the lawyer addressed the main challenges that financial institutions face in implementing the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
During the episode, Nicole Fortunato highlighted common mistakes that can jeopardise compliance with the regulation, including misinterpreting the scope of ICT services vis-à-vis outsourcing rules, non-compliance with localisation requirements and confusion between the data protection requirements of DORA and the GDPR.
