Morais Leitão is nominated in two categories of the IFLR Europe Awards 2024.
In these awards, the company is in the running for Deal of the Year in the Equity category with two operations: "EDP and EDPR Equity Raise" and "EDPR Script dividend". We are the only Portuguese company nominated for two deals in this category.
ML is also on the list of nominees for the "National Firm of the Year" award.
