Nuno Peres Alves, member of the administrative and public procurement team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, spoke about “Regulation in telecommunications” in a course on “Regulation and administrative offences”, part of the advanced course program of Justice XXI.
His intervention took place on 22 June 2012 at the Social Studies Center of the University of Coimbra.
In the course there were about 60 law related professionals registered, including public prosecutors, lawyers and senior experts on management authorities and regulation entities (Securities Market Commission, Competition Authority, Consumer Directorate-General, Labour Conditions Authority, among others).
