Pedro Costa Gonçalves and Bernardo Azevedo will participate in the conference 'Global Administrative Law: Visions for the Future'

Pedro Costa Gonçalves, partner at Morais Leitão and president of CEDIPRE, and Bernardo Azevedo, of counsel, are taking part in the meeting ‘Global Administrative Law: Visions for the Future’, to be held on 23 and 24 April at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

The event, organised by CEDIPRE and the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Law (IBDA), brings together experts to discuss topics such as compliance and governance in public administration, public regulation and soft law, and digital administrative law and artificial intelligence.

Pedro Costa Gonçalves will participate in the opening session and moderate the panel "Public Regulation and Soft Law", which will take place on the afternoon of 23 April. He will also take part in the closing session on 24 April, entitled 'Administrative Law in the Future, of the Future and for the Future'.

Bernardo Azevedo will be speaking on the panel ‘Instruments for faster and more efficient public procurement’.
