Pedro Costa Gonçalves participates in an online conference organized by the Center for Judicial Studies (CEJ)

Pedro Costa Gonçalves participates in the online debate entitled “Jurisdiction of Administrative and Tax Law - COVID-19 - CEJ - Administrative and tax litigation in COVID19 period”, organized by the Center for Judicial Studies (CEJ).

He is in charge of the analysis of the topic “Public Procurement in COVID -19 period”, in a debate that aims to reflect on the impact of the pandemic on the Portuguese legal order and its effects in terms of tax litigation.

The panel is also include Tiago Serrão, professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, João Pacheco de Amorim, professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, João Taborda da Gama, professor at the Catholic University, Jorge Monteiro da Costa, judge at the TAF of Braga and Tânia Meireles da Cunha, Judge at TCA Sul.
