Pedro Gorjão Henriques and Luís Nascimento Ferreira teach online training "Financial Support in Pandemic Times"

Pedro Gorjão Henriques and Luís Nascimento Ferreira teach the modules "Support measures for enterprises" and "Support for enterprises and competition concerns", respectively.

In the first module, Pedro Gorjão Henriques will focus on the points "How the moratorium on loans works", "Credit lines to support economic activity" and "Provision of personal State guarantees".

Luís Nascimento Ferreira will address the topic of "state aid and the need, or not, for prior authorisation from the European Commission", as well as explain "anti-competitive behaviour".

The training aims to provide companies with the tools and relevant information to deal with the pressing need for liquidation, arising from the pandemic context caused by the covid-19 virus.

The training will take place on 30 April 2020.
