The “Revitalization program and the new Insolvency and Companies’ Recovery Code” is the theme of the information session promoted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal and Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva.
During this information session four of the pillars of the reform brought by the Revitalization program will be discussed. The objective of the program is to help companies avoid bankruptcy and make available to those same companies the legal and financial means of support on a medium and long term basis, which is highly important in the current economic context.
The session will take place on 22 March 2012 at the João Morais Leitão Auditorium from 09.30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.
