Ricardo Andrade Amaro participated at the “Virtual Roundtable on Corporate M&A”, by Leaders League

Ricardo Andrade Amaro participated, on last November 5th, in the virtual round table on Corporate and M&A, promoted by Leaders League. 

Today, the report on the current state of this area of practice in Portugal was released.

The central theme addressed was the impact of the pandemic on M&A operations in Portugal. It was also analysed the trends and challenges that may arise in the coming year in the area. 

The panel included several leading lawyers from Portuguese law firms, such as Paulo Costa, from VdA, Mariana Norton, from Cuatrecasas, Dulce Franco, SRS Advogados, Ricardo Reigada Pereira, RPP Advogados and Diogo Plantier Santos, Linklaters.
