Ricardo Seabra Moura lectures in the scope of the XX Post-Graduation Course in Tax Law

Ricardo Seabra Moura will lecture, on May 19, in the scope of the XX Post-Graduation Course in Tax Law, organized by the Institute for Economic, Financial and Tax Law of Faculdade de Direito da Universiadade de Lisboa (IDEFF).

The tax lawyer oversees the module on "Gratuitous Transfers in Stamp Duty".

This advanced training aims to offer interested parties a complete horizontal understanding of the Portuguese tax system and of the most current specific aspects. Several specific topics are dealt with in seminars, such as taxation and investment, comparative taxation, transfer pricing, corporate restructuring, arbitration in tax matters, the relevance of case law in tax matters, and the latest developments in international taxation.
