Ricardo Seabra Moura is a guest lecturer at the XXII Postgraduate Course in Company Law, organised by the Institute of Company and Labour Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
The Morais Leitão tax consultant will be teaching the module on directors' tax liability on 3 February.
The postgraduate course aims to provide specialised training in company law for undergraduate students.
