Ricardo Seabra Moura will lecture during the XXI Postgraduate Course in Companies Law organized by the Instituto de Direito das Empresas e do Trabalho (IDET).
The tax lawyer of Morais Leitão is in charge of the module on tax liability of administrators, during which the terms and conditions under which the administrator, who is not the original debtor of the tax (since it would be the company), may be called to answer, through his personal assets, for a tax debt of a third party will be analyzed.
The training takes place from 4th February to 1st April, in hybrid format.
