Ricardo Seabra Moura gave a lecture on the tax aspects of the 4th edition of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Law Course, organised by the Institute of Business and Labour Law (IDET) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
During his talk, he addressed issues such as the Special Revitalisation Process (PER) and the Extrajudicial Company Recovery Regime (RERE), by sharing practical cases.
