Rui Patrício is one of the speakers of the virtual conference on whistleblowing, entitled "Whistleblowing today", organised by Centro de I&D sobre Direito e Sociedade (CEDIS) and Observatório de Economia e Gestão de Fraude (OBEGEF)).
The lawyer integrates the first panel under the theme "Best Practices: Rights and Duties", moderated by Patrick Pitta Simões, from CEDIS.
His intervention will address "The situations in which the denunciation must be dealt with under Criminal Law and must be delivered to the competent authorities".
The initiative will take place tomorrow, 17th March, via ZOOM.
