Rui Patrício participates in the online debate entitled "Rule of Law and Advocacy versus authoritarian and populist drives", organized by the Regional Council of Porto.

The panel is moderated by Paulo Pimenta and welcomes the speakers Garcia Pereira, lawyer, Francisco Teixeira da Mota, lawyer and André Lamas Leite, lawyer and professor at FDUP.
