"Mapa-Múndi da Justiça em Bilhete-postal" is the title of the book that is going to be published soon by Rui Patrício, partner of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva.
Based on 49 postcards sent from several cities around the world, Rui Patrício reflects on the "true and false" problems of justice. "If we would only listen to it and not see it, we could say that it is moribund, or even dead. (…) Justice is in real bad shape and is suffering, above all from enormous hypochondria (mania disease)", he argues.
This is a travel book through the country and through the world but mainly about a trip through the system of justice and other territories seen through the author’s rather ironic perspective. .
It is the result of travel for some years with reflections in the luggage, and many more years of experience – in several roles, but especially as a lawyer – in the system of justice.
