Rui Patrício is a speaker at the postgraduate course ‘Law in the Digital Transition’, promoted by NOVA School of Law, which will take place on 27 March 2025. The Morais Leitão partner is taking part in the module entitled ‘Data as a means of proof: in search of hidden vulnerabilities’.
This postgraduate course aims to deepen the critical analysis of the legal implications of the digital transition and the transformations brought about by the Information Society. Among the main topics covered are the impact of technological advances on the creation and distribution of information, the legislative and regulatory changes resulting from technological evolution, as well as the forms of manipulation and subversion of information with legal relevance.
