Rui Patrício, partner at Morais Leitão, will be teaching the module 'Specificities of Criminal Procedure' as part of the course 'Constitutional Appeals: the art of a good appeal before the Constitutional Court' on 11 December.
The course is organised by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon, in partnership with the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre.
