Morais Leitão Galvão Teles Soares da Silva, together with its partners Angola Legal Circle Lawyers (Angola) and Scan - Lawyers and Consultants (Mozambique), is organising a seminar entitled "Detachment of workers to Angola and Mozambique." The seminar will take place on 7 October 11 between 10h00 and 17h00 in the Auditorium João Morais Leitão, in Lisbon.
There are more and more investment projects in African countries whose official language is Portuguese. Most of these projects involve the movement of local human resources to carry out the work. The legal problems involved are often complex involving a set of procedures and formalities to be observed. The purpose of this seminar is to provide the maximum number of explanations of the issues involved.
The labour and social security team of Morais Leitão Galvão Teles Soares da Silva, the promoter of the seminar, will be represented by Helena Tapp Barroso and Paula Ribeiro Farinha who will address respectively issues regarding "The Portuguese legal regime of posting workers" and "Social security of posted workers ".
Luis Miguel Monteiro, partner and team leader, will be the host and the moderator of the seminar.
