António Pinto Leite will attend the seminar “International Arbitration: a global market?” organised by the Portuguese Mediation and Arbitration Center in Brazil on 10 May 2012 in São Paulo.
The seminar is divided into two panels: “What is the foreign arbitrator’s role in national cases and the Brazilian arbitrator’s in foreign cases?” and “What do Brazil and Portugal need to become international arbitration centers?”.
António Pinto Leite, partner at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and coordinator of the arbitration and litigation team, will speak on the second panel. His colleagues in the debate will be Marcelo Ferro (Ferro, Castro Neves, Daltro & Gomide Lawyers) and José Emilio Nunes Pinto (José Emilio Nunes Pinto Lawyers). João Mattamouros, Director of the CPCB’s Mediation and Arbitration Center will moderate the panel.
