Margarida Lima Rego, member of the corporate and commercial team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, participates as a moderator in the seminar "International Contracts", organised by ICC Portugal.
She will be in charge of moderating the afternoon panel which will adress the following themes:
- Contratual Models of CCI and the role of the Commission of Commercial Law
- Distribution, agency and franchise contracts
- International contracts of acquisition and sale
The seminar takes place on 13 September, from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. at the ICC Portugal headquarters in Lisbon.
