Seminar “The 2013 State Budget – The return to the markets and the future of the Portuguese economy”

António Lobo Xavier is one of the invited speakers at the seminar “The 2013 State Budget – The return to the markets and the future of the Portuguese economy”. Organised by the Forum for Competitiveness and AIP-CCI – Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the seminar takes place on 15 November at Lisbon’s Congress Center.

Mr. Lobo Xavier, a tax lawyer of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, is one of the commentators on the topic “The 2013 State Budget proposal:  macroeconomic framework, budget strategy and main measures”. The other commentators on the topic are João Salgueiro and José Ferreira Machado.

The session will be opened by Pedro Ferraz da Costa, and the closing remarks will be made by Carlos Moedas, assistant secretary of state to the Prime Minister.
