Joaquim Vieira Peres, partner and member of the European law and competition team, is present at the seminar "The new regime of restrictions on individual trade practices", promoted by the APED – Portuguese Association of Distribution Companies. The seminar takes place on 5 February 2014 at the Sana Lisboa Hotel in Lisbon.
"The (re)negotiation of contracts between producer and supplier and the regime of administrative offences" is the subject that Joaquim Vieira Peres will analyse in the second panel of the seminar.
