The firm on the short list for the "Award for Excellence in IP Litigation in Europe, Middle East/Africa"

The firm was short-listed for the "Award for Excellence in IP Litigation in Europe, Middle East/Africa", annually attributed during the ceremony of the World Leaders International IP Awards, which is organized by the most prestigious international publications in the area of Intellectual Property (Trademark World, Patent World and Copyright World). The firm was short-listed on the basis of the analysis of the work developed in 2007. An English law firm received the prize, but the inclusion in the short-list is considered as "an achievement in itself", given that our firm was the only Portuguese law firm to be nominated in any category.
