Tiago Coelho Magalhães is a speaker at the online conference entitled "Criminal Responsibility in Pandemic Times", organized by the Lisbon, Coimbra, Évora, Faro and Azores Reginal Councils. The aim is to address the criminal consequences of the violation of restrictions and impositions of the state of emergency.

The conference will take place on April 16, 2020, and will be addressed to lawyers and trainee lawyers.
