After passing the official examinations, Vasco Stilwell d’Andrade took the post as an official industrial property agent in a ceremony that took place in the National Institute of Industrial Property in the presence of the President of the Directive Council of this institute and several other personalities.
Official industrial property agents have specialised knowledge in industrial property and are recognised by the National Institute of Industrial Property. Having this recognition they are able to practice before this institute, representing the interests of their clients and constituents without having a power of attorney.
