On July 5 and 6, 2013, the XV edition of the "Administrative Law Seminar" takes place. This year the focus is on "The revision of the Administrative Procedure Code".
Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva will be represented by two lawyers of the administrative and public procurement team, partner Pedro Costa Gonçalves and consultant João Tiago da Silveira.
Pedro Costa Gonçalves participates in the first session of the seminar on the panel discussing "The scope and general principles of administrative activity" and makes a presentation on the "Scope of administrative activity".
On the second day of the seminar in the third session discussing "The administrative procedure", João Tiago da Silveira will present the theme "The administrative decision".
