Carlos Botelho Moniz, partner and coordinator of the european law and competition team and Pedro de Gouveia e Melo, senior associate of the european law and competition team of Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, participated in the XXXIV World congress of vine and wine that took place in Porto from 20 to 27 June, 2001.
The presence of the Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva’s lawyers was made concrete through the presentation on "Wine promotion and the State: EU State aid law and its impact on the promotion of wine".
The XXXIV World Congress of Vine and Wine was promoted by national authorities and by the International Organization of Vine and Wine.
