The first conversation, launched on 22 November, is dedicated to the topic "E-commerce: the new legal challenges in force since 2022", has as speakers Mariana Soares David, João Rodrigues Brito and Inês Ferrari Careto.
Since 2022, legislation associated with e-commerce has come into force which, since then, has brought some challenges, especially for companies, since consumer rights have become even more secure.
The lawyers, moderated by journalist Ana Filipa Rosa, answer the following questions, among others: what has changed with this legislation? What were the legal challenges associated with it? And what has improved for consumers?
