Coronavirus - Legal Implications: Real Estate

Regarding the real estate sector, the main exceptional and transitory changes that result from Law 1-A/2020, from Decree 2-B/2020 and from Law 4-C/2020 directly refer to lease agreements and indirectly to contracts for the use of stores and to other atypical service provision agreements that include, in their object, the obligation for one of the parties to provide the use of a property in order to exercise a particular retail activity or service provision.
