Legal reform as a catalyst for social enterprise: an international social enterprise law & policy report

Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation recently released the report "Legal reform as a catalyst for social enterprise: an international social enterprise law & policy report", which counted with the contribution of almost 70 law firms from different jurisdictions.

Morais Leitão, as the exclusive member for Portugal, was one of the firms that collaborated for the jurisdictions of Angola, Mozambique and Portugal.

The document addresses the issue of the formation and development of social enterprises on a global level, carrying out a comparative law analysis among the 83 jurisdictions analysed.
