The Variety of ISP Liability in the EU Member States

David Silva Ramalho is one of the authors of the article "The Variety of ISP Liability in the EU Member States", published in the magazine Computer Law Review International.

The article aims to do a comparative analysis of the three liability types and their national interpretation in Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain and UK under the E-Commerce Directive’s exemption regime.
