Tiago da Costa Andrade coordinates the book "40 Years of the Penal Code" and signs an article on the crime of fraud

Together with Anabela Miranda Rodrigues and Sónia Fidalgo, Tiago da Costa Andrade is the coordinator of the book "40 Years of the Penal Code (1982-2022)" and has written a scientific article entitled "The Crime of Fraud: Some Challenges 40 Years After the Approval of the Penal Code (Cryptoactives, Anonymised Relationships, Legal Persons and the Protection of the European Union's Financial Interests)".

This is the most recent publication, in ebook format and open access, by the IDPEE - Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law, which aimed to mark the 40th anniversary of the Portuguese Penal Code, following the International Congress that took place in Coimbra, at the FDUC, on 24 and 25 November 2022. The book brings together scientific articles by the various speakers at the Congress, who dealt with general and special criminal law issues.
