She is a member of the criminal, regulatory offences and compliance and intellectual property, technology and data protection departments.
Her practice is mainly focused on data protection issues, assisting several companies in adapting and developing new products and services, from a data protection standpoint, and in creating compliance policies and programs, including privacy policies, cookie policies, as well as data processing agreements and consent forms. In this context, Ana S. Pereira Coutinho has specific sector experience in telco, retail and banking.
