Joana Granadeiro

Principal Associate

Joana Granadeiro joined the firm in September 2017. She is a member of the litigation and arbitration team and of the Morais Leitão international arbitration team, after having previously worked at the Firm’s corporate and M&A practice group for a year.

Prior to joining the Firm, Joana worked at Three Crowns LLP, in Paris (September 2016-August 2017) and at the New York offices of King & Spalding LLP (June-September 2014). 

She currently serves as an ICC YAF Representative for the Europe and Russia chapter, being the first representative from Portugal, and is also a member of the Under 40 Committee of the Portuguese Arbitration Association.

In September 2021, Joana Granadeiro successfully completed the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) Tribunal Secretary Training Programme and, in January 2024, she completed the Winter Course of The Hague Academy of International Law.
