João Serra Baptista joined the Firm in September 2021. He is a member of the corporate department. Previously, João worked with the corporate and M&A department.
He is also a member of the private equity team which combines the transactional practices of traditional private equity and venture capital as well as fund formation.
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2021). Attended the Erasmus + Programme (Facultad de Derecho, Universidad Pontificia Comillas, 2019/2020). Postgraduate Studies in Sports Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2021).
