João Sousa Magalhães joined the firm in September 2024. He is a member of the tax team.
João carries out his professional activity in different areas of tax law, in the context of national and international taxation, with a special focus on the taxation of high-net-worth individuals.
He also works in tax litigation, advising companies and private clients in the context of procedures with the Portuguese Tax Administration, as well as in judicial proceedings before the Administrative and Tax Courts and the Arbitration Court (CAAD).
