Patrícia Garcia

Patrícia Garcia joined the Firm in September 2018. She is a member of the criminal, regulatory offences and compliance department.
Patrícia provides legal advice on criminal law and compliance issues, in particular matters related to the prevention of corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing. Patrícia frequently assists in administrative offense sanctioning proceedings, dedicating special attention to economic and financial criminal law issues.
Previously, Patrícia attended the Global Summer School Programme in Linklaters Lisbon (Public Law) and Linklaters London (Banking & Leveraged Finance), August 2017.
