Teresa Sousa Nunes joined the Firm in September 2021. She is a member of the criminal, regulatory offences and compliance department. During her traineeship, in addition to the criminal, regulatory offences and compliance team, Teresa was a member of the corporate, M&A and capital markets team.
Previously, Teresa attended summer internships at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados. Sérvulo & Associados and Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro & Associados.
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2020). Currently attending a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law). Postgraduate Program in Equality Law (Centre for Research in Private Law – University of Lisbon School of Law, 2021). Attendance of the III Course on Regulatory Offences Law (Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law – Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra, 2023). Attendance of the XXVII Specialization Course in Economic, International, and European Criminal Law (Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law – Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra, 2024).
