Martim Krupenski
Managing Partner
Martim Krupenski joined the firm in 2010, although he undertook his legal traineeship here between 1996 and 1998.
From 2020 to 2024, Martim acted as the firm’s COO, while also co-heading the Miguel Galvão Teles Institute. Previously, he was Operations, HR and Training Director.
As a lawyer, Martim specialised in corporate and M&A, capital markets, and finance law. He has been involved in several corporate restructuring operations, in particular relating to the mergers and acquisitions of companies and structuring international partnerships. A substantial part of his work involves cross-border transactions, having also participated in several privatizations.
Martim Krupenski has also been involved in several takeovers in different sectors and provides general legal advice to companies mainly in the areas of commercial, corporate and securities law.
Since June 2024, Martim is the Firm's Managing Partner.

Law Degree (University of Lisbon School of Law, 1996). Postgraduate Studies in Management (Nova SBE, 2017).

Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 1999).
