She advises clients across various industries on domestic and international tax matters and has experience in multiple areas of tax law. Andreia also has experience in the context of M&A transactions, particularly in due diligence processes, financing and investment strategies in Portugal.
Previously, she worked as a tax advisor for eight years (she was a tax manager in a Big Four multinational advisory firm), having also worked closely with investment funds, advising in fundraising processes.

Law Degree (University of Minho, 2018). Attendance of Post Graduate Course in Corporate Finance (University of Lisbon School of Law, 2022). Master’s Degree in Tax Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2022).
